Mad About Hiking

Lena Villadsen
The problem is that you don’t know where to start. How do you find suitable trails that you can manage? How do you get fit? Which equipment do you need? Do you go on your own or with groups?
I had the same questions when I started out. I always followed the 5 same trails near my home while dreaming of exciting hiking adventures abroad. But I just didn’t know how to take the next step.
Then I started reaching out. I attended hiking presentations, studied books and articles and joined hiking groups. Sure I made some mistakes in the long process. But I learned along the way. That’s why I launched this blog to help inexperienced hikers to get started.
